Giveaway Rules and Information

1. Eligibility The giveaway is open to individuals 18 years or older and no restrictions on residency, with the understanding that VRBO does not operate in every city worldwide. 

2. Entry Period The giveaway will begin on July 26th, 2023 and end on September 15th, 2023 at 10:00am Mountain Standard Time. Entries received before or after the specified entry period will not be eligible for participation.

3. How to Enter Participants must use either their Facebook or Instagram account and like our page (Adventurer's Avenue) on either Facebook or Instagram. Next the Participants must share our giveaway ad on their social media page, again either Facebook or Instagram. Next the Participants must tag a friend in the comments section of the Giveaway ad. The last task is to post Done, in the comments section of the Giveaway ad. Multiple entries from the same person may be allowed if specified, but entries generated by automated methods, scripts, or bots will be disqualified.

4. Winner Selection The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Prize The prize for the giveaway will be described clearly, including the estimated value, any limitations, and any relevant conditions or restrictions. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

              -Description of Prize  One (1) gift card or digital credit of no more or no less than Two    Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250,00) to VRBO (Vacation Rentals By Owners). Adventurer's Avenue holds no further restrictions or limitations. 

6. Winner Notification The selected winner will be notified through direct message on social media, If a winner does not respond within a specified timeframe 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected. Winner will provide the organizer with their First & Last Name, Mailing Address, and Email Address. 

7. Publicity Release By entering the giveaway, participants grant permission for the organizer, Adventurer's Avenue, to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes related to the giveaway or future promotions, without further compensation.

8. Privacy Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used only for the purposes of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties unless explicitly stated in the giveaway rules or required by law.

9. Compliance with Rules By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Adventurer's Avenue, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.

10. Release and Liability Participants release the organizer, Adventurer's Avenue and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the acceptance and use of the prize.

11. Termination or Modification The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

12. Law and Jurisdiction The giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. Any disputes arising from the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Albany County, Wyoming, United States. 

13. Organizer Request Adventurer's Avenue may request the participant winner to provide feedback on their experience with the Adventurer's Avenue Giveaway and share with Adventurer's Avenue about their experience using the prize.
